A Visit to a Small but Mighty Clinic

Today’s visit felt more personal than we expected!

We stopped by West King Edward Animal Hospital and got to meet DR.Alex Boo, a veterinarian, and his front desk staff member. Alex was so smiley and kind ,he took the time to read every single card we brought, you could tell it genuinely made his day.

Even though it’s a small, family-owned clinic, the care and energy they put into their work is huge. In a small team, every person matters, every shift is busy, and every little gesture such as reading a card from our team carries meaning.

Before we left, they even offered for us to tour the clinic sometime. That kind of invitation really stuck with us beacause it’s not just about giving cards, it’s about building a connection, supporting each other, and keeping the community tight.

Seeing Alex and his staff reminded us that the heart of a community isn’t about size. It’s about showing up, consistently, for the people (and pets) around you. Their passion, patience, and kindness are what make the difference.

Today wasn’t just another delivery. It was a moment to witness the impact of a small, dedicated team and to remember that recognition, even in small forms, can brighten someone’s day.

20 cards delivered, countless smiles shared. 💛
